My Nightmare Saved by Naomi and Novia and dispatcher... I contracted a transport carrier for the first time. Contract with a paid broker fee up front. Stupid me. Pick up date = 6/30/12 . 7/1/12 = Fly out / permanant move to Las Vegas / Retired / Finally my dream comming true - I thought. Now the nightmare begins. Continues calls to contracted company. Broker that set up contract is now sick and out of the office. Manager states everything is all good and vehicle WILL BE PICKED UP ON DAY STIPULATED BY CONTRACT. Total fee = $500.00 = Low ball = bottom of the list = NO DRIVER CALLS = NO PICK-UP ON DAY OF DELIVERY. SPOKE TO MANAGER 6/29/12 = HE stated: I will call you back by the end of day and verify 6/30/12 delivery pick. NO CALL BACK. NOT EVEN A COURTOUSY CALL BACK TO SAY THAT THEY MIGHT NOT BE ABLE PICK UP. Broker does,nt work there anymore. Go figure. NOW I,M REALLY GETTING PARANOID. Naomi had continued to monitor...with e-mails to help - if needed. 7/1/12 = 8:00am called = spoke with Novia = her/dispatcher and Naomi saved the day for me. Almost on the verge of a stroke... Novia and her dispatcher found : SAME DAY PICK-UP ! Novia explaned that if they could,nt pull this off by end of shift - Naomi would take over . Driver showed up - vehicle on its way. Charlies Angels - I don,t think so... Jeffs Angels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These gals ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW I,M spreading the word all over LAS VEGAS > EVERYWHERE ! Go with this company = Pro,s , honest , real people = NO B.S. ! Please take this review as fact - not fiction - It happened to me. What a pleasure it is to do buisness with PROFESSIONALS instead of garbage. Thank, Jeffrey T. Martin .
