We would like to commend Kimberly on her exceptional customer service and professional manner while assisting us in Kissimmee, Florida last week to ship a car to Connecticut.
From the very first conversation we had with Kimberly, to our final confirmation of what to expect when the carrier service arrived to pick up the car, she was a pleasure to work with. We were in Florida clearing out an estate of a loved one, which is difficult to begin with. Kimberly was sensitive to this fact and went above and beyond to assist us in identifying the carrier and providing all the information we required for the exchange. She is a wonderful representative for your company. Personable, patient, understanding, friendly and great attention to detail. Aside from the great service she provided, she also remembered that I mentioned I would be visiting Disney for the first time during our stay. When she called me to confirm the pick up time of the carrier, she remembered to ask how the Disney trip was. That was a very nice personable touch. Kimberly is an asset to your company and we truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service during our time of need.
