**Richard, Thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy day and leaving me a review.. Although I know things happen crazy and I couldnt find a carrier to get into your hard area. I dont understand the bait and switch comment. You did have every right to decline the driver for the added amount I would never add it underneath you without your permission. You chose to accept a carrier for a different amount because he was the only one to accept it. Im sorry you felt that way. The Review should be based on my customer service alone.We were within our terms and conditions of the 1-10 business days to secure a carrier. you chose to accept the carrier, so you werent over a barrel.. We were still within our time frame. It was also delivered in 2 days where it should've taken 3 based on mileage.. thanks again RICHARD it was still a PLEASURE working with you!
