You are correct. Your original estimate was 560, a carrier called in on the 19th of Aug and requested a total of 730. It is an estimate until you and a carrier agree. We do our best to be as close to the carriers amount as possible, but routes and gas prices constantly changing can sometimes make that difficult.
You approved that increase based on this note in our order:

And our terms state that we charge for credit card use, so that is why your card was charged at 748.25.
Jennifer placed the order on your behalf, but Janelle was actually your representative. We do work as a team here at Domestic. We are sorry if things were not as described as best as they could have been, but you were provided an estimate, and the terms and conditions as well. We apologize for the miscommunication, and will work on that for the future.
