I was trying to ship my car from MA to CA and found DAT through google search. I read a bunch of reviews and that's why I chose them to do business with. Overall I think they provide quality service - they responded to my inquiry with thorough details and was able to hook me up with a carrier quickly. Throughout the process they tried to accomodate my needs and made the effort to bridge me with the carrier/driver for some communications regarding when/where to pick up and estimated time for delivery etc. My car was arrived within the window they promised and with good condition except for being a bit dirty (which is understandable given it's open carrier and a long distance transport). I also talked to few other transport agents and found that DAT may not book you with lowest quote so indeed their price can have a premium, but from the point of view of balancing quality and expense they are a good choice.
