Aaron took my deposit and gave me an estimated date of pick up. When that date came and went I began calling Aaron on his cell and office numbers numerous times and he never answered nor did he ever return my call. After two weeks I had no choice but to use another carrier. I disputed the $150 deposit with my bank/credit card and was denied because Elite Global Transport said I signed a contract and cancelled the order. I in fact never cancelled the order, I never received the order!! They said their deepest is nonrefundable. I certainly understand that if you received service or at least the courtesy of return phone calls I would have never had to go with another carrier. They are only looking to collect deposits from you and intend to never deliver the service. I will be contacting the attorney generals office in both GA and MA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
