Scheduled 5 weeks ahead of time but never got a call, called several times and could not leave a message because the voicemail was full. Finally got hold of Aaron who confirmed pick-up for Tuesday. No show, No call, tried 18 times until I finally got Aaron again, told me first I wasn't scheduled for Tuesday, then checked and confirmed the no show, later explained the drivers car had a problem, axle is broken, he is working hard to get replacement, Always claims to call back but it never happens. Once you get frustrated he claims you have signed his contract and cant get your deposit back. The scheme is clear, nice promise until you are hooked up and then they focus on the next contract, maybe occasionally they really have a driver.
If you enjoy calling 20 times without results and like to pay commission for no service this is the right partner, otherwise I trust there are real transporters out there, good luck!
