I scheduled a pick up a week in advance. Once I had to contact Aaron, he never answered the phone and his voice-mail was always full. I finally got in touch with him and he stated the driver would call the night before pick up. That didn't happen, so flight changes had to be made and I called to cancel the pick-up. Aaron started making excuses that his partner was out of the office with health problems and that's why he didn't return calls and his voice mail was full.
The driver called a day late saying he was there to get the car. There is no communication with this company and even though his final cost was cheaper, I'm out $250 because I never used nor will I use his service. My friend decided to give them a try, and the same thing happened, but there were two people in the office and my friend heard one of them say "Oh, it's THAT b**** again."
It's a rip-off. Pay the extra money and get a reliable company who will actually talk to you and deliver the services they offer.
