I was quoted $1100 from Newark, OH to Boise, ID, the lowest price I found. Placed the order with Chris. Was told it would be a few days for a carrier to be located. A few days passed, no call from Fox. Called them, left a message. After a week, still no call. Called them and left a message indicating I was thinking of cancelling as I had other brokers ready to take this. At the 11th hour they called and had located a carrier. Was given his contact information and was in direct contact with them throughout the whole process. Carrier arrived in Boise a day early, a PLUS. Customer service and followup was lacking at Fox but they did come through by delivering a reliable carrier who delivered my Porsche a day ahead of schedule, undamaged, and at a great price. Overall I would use them again.
