Should of never went through Craigs list. This is where I found this company. I have transported cars 3 times using fantastic companies, my fiancee said this last time lets go through craigs list. BIG MISTAKE...we called and spoke to Lou who gave us a quote took my deposit and we never heard back. After calling him and leaving nasty messeges he finally called back and said he was still trying to find us a carrier. We told him we had a date range and he said that was no problem, he verbally guaranteed he will find someone. After many phone calls and no returned phone call we had to make a decission and call and cancel and drive the car ourselves. We couldn't sit around another day not knowing if this car was being picked up.
So I called American express and told them the situation, can you beleive this company Goldwing said I never canceled so I can get screwed out of my deposit!!! . It's amazing, I will get my deposit back eventually but its a shame that when we called them I specifically said the car has to be picked up by a certain date, anytime before is fine and dropped off a certain date. Don't take my deposit and ignore our calls if you can't do the job. We have used car transports and we work together with these companies and never had a problem.We planned our vacation around this time and we never got a phone call and we had to leave messages and messages and then nasty messages to finally get a return call from them., they just replied don't worry we are still trying to find someone..ha ha ha All I can say is this was our experience and never again for us!!!
