Stay away from this company. They are unethical and do not stand by their contractual agreement. I had my car shipped from Miami to Honolulu. While on the truck my windshield was damaged by a rock. Once I finally received my car, one week after the estimated arrival date, it was so covered by grime that I was unable to see the chip. Once being exposed to the afternoon sun the chip then became a two foot crack requiring complete replacement of the windshield. After three days of calling the company and leaving messages and sending emails I finally received a call back. I was brusquely told that glass damage was not covered, although this is not one of the excluded items in their contract. After asking to speak with a supervisor I was dumped into a generic voicemail box and my follow up calls have not as of yet been returned. Save yourself time and trouble and look elsewhere.
