SCAMMERS! BEWARE!
They say the do not charge your credit card until your actually drop off the car. They make it seem as if cc is to hold reservation , NO MENTION OF $150 CANCELLATION FEE If you don't email or fax a written notice 24 hrs PRIOR to ship date- Customer service very RUDE as well.
When I called to inquire about shipping my car from LA to Hawaii I was told that all they need is my cc to hold a drop off date for the car. I was told my card will not be charged until I drop off the vehicle.
Due to flight changes we decided to ship the car in a later date. This morning I see my credit card charged? I immediately called and was NOW told I needed to give 24 cancellation notice (supposedly this is in the very very fine print in a written contract I did not sign)- this was emailed to me only after they had my credit card information.
So they are keeping $150
