I was unable to make the first scheduled shipment, and was readily reassured that I could re-schedule for the following week's shipment. They ask you to have your auto at port the day before it ships to ensure that your auto will pass the strict requirements for shipment. Kind, understanding, and competent staff shepherded us through the entire process. The delivery to our new home was quick and flawless, allowing us to avoid metro traffic by not having to pick it up at port. I would recommend Hawaii car transport as a pleasant and great choice. to ease the stress of moving home.
