DO NOT hire this company. I was told at pick up I needed to pay 7k extra. Judging from other reviews this seems to be the scam Felix and his buddies are running,. Broker Nikolas is in on it also of course., He is the bait charging a lesser amount initially to bait you. They threatened to auction our belongings if we didn't pay,. Customer service is a joke and they have excuses after excuses. 123 days later our stuff arrives damaged, two tv's damaged, dollhouse destroyed. Also dishes shattered. They blamed it on our packing.
