Good but no communication

I was booked with S&N through Ship Your Car Now. S&N picked up my car exactly when they said they would, and they delivered it 6 days later. I would have given them a perfect review if there had been a contact person. No one answers any of the numbers on their website nor the number on the shipping form I was given when they picked up my car. That can be scary, but when I didn't see any negative reviews on them except for the same lack of communication issue, I decided to trust them and see what happens.

My car got delivered 6 days later from the west coast to east coast. I got same day notice which was a little frustrating because I was 50 miles away from the pickup location. Not a big deal, I moved my schedule around. Everything was in great condition and nothing taken from the trunk.

Overall I was pleased but I wish they would answer their phones or emails.

As for Ship Your Car now, I will leave a separate review, but save your money and book directly with a direct transporter. And get treated better.
