2010 M5 NY to CA Terrible communication from the beginning. Zero response from the driver the entire time car was in transit. Was told vehicle would be delivered Sunday night. Didn't arrive until Thursday. Driving my car off the ramp he forgot to lock the lower ramp and my car fell about 12 inches and it slammed onto its frame. Refused to take responsibility for the damage!
