I received many quotes from at least 10 different companies, and although Specialty Mobile Systems was not the lowest cost, they seemed to have the best reputation and I felt the cost was worth it. When I contacted Specialty Mobile Systems, I was surprised when I spoke directly with the owner. All the customer service members I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The driver called and scheduled a time to pick up the car from my mother and was very prompt. He then had my car out to me in about 4 days which was much sooner than I had anticipated. I had been expecting to be without at car for a week to 2 weeks. The driver was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned about my car. The driver arrived at the time he said he would. There was no damage to report at all.
I would definitely use Specialty Mobile Systems again if I ever need another tranport company and I would highly reccomend this company to anyone looking for reliable, prompt service!
