The driver, Gary Ruff was late by several days- according to him he had to stop in Texas to have the truck fixed and was waiting for parts. Then he had to stop again in Phoenix to have the truck fixed and was again waiting for parts. I had to rent a car in the meantime.
The car, a Mercedes Benz E320 was delivered late by several days. The driver was suspiciously in a hurry- he had me sign the receipt. I then noticed multiple damages to my car. I showed him the damages which of course he denied. The rear trunk area had a large dent causing misalignment of the trunk and the lock. Then there were identical large dents on the roof one on each side, just missing the sunroof by a few inches. The dent in the roof was from the metal beams of the truck trailer. The driver said the car was always on the upper level. I checked with my son who was there on pickup- the car was actually on the lower level. The car was probably damaged when he moved it.
On top of this the car will not start. This problem continues up to now.
I contacted We Care Auto, in Fayetteville, NC. Mr. Ovid Wade told me to call back once the owner, Mike McMillan returns.
They told my insurance carrier, GEICO that they will not pay for the damages since I already signed for receipt of the car and waived their liability. I am now responsible for the $500 deductible, on top of the rental car charges because they were late.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you use them take pictures at the time of pickup and do not sign the receipt of the car until you finish doing a thorough inspection.

YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM.

I used Fedex Auto Transport last year- the same car did not have a single scratch.
