Our vehicle was assigned to We Care Auto Service through our broker, AutoTransport 4 Less. (See our positive review.) We have nothing but praise for the service of We Care Auto Service, especially for Dave, the driver.

After receiving contact information through our broker, we called Michael at the office in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and were given an approximate pickup date two or three days later.
We then called Dave who was en route to Florida. From that point forward Dave stayed in touch with us daily to keep us informed of his progress; he arrived on time as promised.

We were immediately impressed with Dave because he was sharp, well groomed and showed obvious pride in himself and his work. Within minutes we realized he had every right to be proud. He was extraordinarily caring and concerned, not only about our vehicle, but also about the other six already on the transporter. When, after careful analysis, Dave determined that our vehicle had to be the very first one on the lower ramp, he calmy and efficiently offloaded two other vehicles to gain access to the desired spot.

What sounds like a simple procedure is, in fact, very time-consuming and complicated, as it involves raising and lowering numerous ramps to keep each vehicle safely spaced. Dave did whatever it took to do things absolutely perfectly. In 80 degree heat he crawled on the ground and under vehicles, man-handled ratchets and tie-downs, and generally got down and dirty to make sure all the vehicles were properly secured.

On route Dave stayed in touch with the recipient and showed up exactly when he said he would. The recipient called to tell us essentially the same things I have outlined above: Dave was careful, conscientious, and courteous. A true professional.
